Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned by signing up for our email list.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, but if you reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order, we'll do everything we can to accommodate changes or cancellations. After that window, the order may already be in fulfillment.
My order shows delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do? First, check around your property and with neighbors, as packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots. If it still can't be located, contact us at onlythebestservicesllc@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve it promptly.
Products
Are your water bottles safe for dogs? Absolutely. Our stainless steel portable water bottles are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials and are tested for pet safety. The silicone bowl is non-toxic and easy to clean.
How do I clean the water bottle? The silicone bowl and cap are hand-washable with mild dish soap and warm water. The stainless steel body can also be rinsed thoroughly. We recommend cleaning after each use to keep it fresh for your pup.
How does the no-touch pooper scooper work? Our 5" Claw Pooper Scooper features a spring-loaded claw mechanism that grabs waste without any hand contact. It comes with a built-in poop bag dispenser so you always have bags ready. Simply squeeze the handle, position over the waste, release — done. Clean, fast, and completely hands-free.
What size dogs is the pooper scooper suitable for? The scooper is designed to handle waste from small to large breeds. The 5" claw opening accommodates a wide range of sizes comfortably.
Are replacement poop bags available? Yes — standard-size dog waste bags fit the dispenser. We recommend bags that are at least 9" x 13" for the best fit.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. If a product arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping.
How do I start a return? Contact our support team at onlythebestservicesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 3 business day.
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order? No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your information, and access order history more easily.
